1 The FOPH is authorised, for research purposes, to process the personal data recorded on SOAS or to disclose them to third parties on request. It may link these data, and data obtained from third parties, to existing data. The provisions of the Act of 30 September 2011 on Research Involving Human Beings shall apply.
2 The FOPH shall provide the personal data in anonymised form, unless the applicant:
a. supplies evidence that the data subject has authorised disclosure of the data concerning them; or
b. is in possession of an authorisation from the competent ethical committee in accordance with Article 45 of the Act on Research Involving Human Beings.
