1 The FOPH may use personal data recorded in the central dose register for research into the effects of radiation and into radioprotection, or make such data available to third parties for this purpose on request. The HRA provisions are applicable.
2 The FOPH shall provide personal data only in anonymous form, unless the applicant can prove:
a.
that the data subject has given permission for disclosure of their data; or that
b.
the applicant holds authorisation from the competent ethics committee in accordance with Article 45 HRA .
