1 A service commissioned by the Federal Office of Transport (FOT) shall manage a publicly accessible information platform on adaptations of public transport stops in Switzerland to the needs of people with disabilities.
2 The infrastructure managers of the interoperable sections referred to in Article 15a paragraph 1a of the Railways Ordinance of 23 November 1983 shall have until 16 June 2022 to provide on this platform the information referred to in Article 7 and 7bis of Regulation (EU) No 1300/2014 on the adaptation of their interoperable rail transport stops to the needs of people with disabilities.
3 The other public transport undertakings shall have until 31 December 2023 to provide, on the platform, the information on the adaptation of stops to the needs of people with disabilities.
4 All public transport undertakings shall continuously verify their information at the platform and update it as necessary.
5 If stops do not belong to the public transport undertakings, the owners of these stops shall notify the modifications implemented there.
