Article 25 PatCA - Information
1 The Federal Patent Court shall inform the public of its precedents.

Article 3 RInfo-TFB - Issuing and publication of decisions
1 The Court shall publish its final decisions in the Internet 10 days after sending them to the parties. Procedural decrees may be published. The Court may make its decisions available to the public in printed form.

2 A headnote in the three official languages shall appear at the top of important decisions. If the decision is given in Romansh, the headnote shall, in addition, be written in that language.

3 Publication shall be in non-anonymous form, unless the protection of private or public interests necessitates anonymity. Publication may be made anonymous ex officio. Where private interests are concerned, decision shall be made anonymous on request, if this seems justified.
