Ordinance of 1 November 2017 on promoting renewable electricity production

1 With regard to feed-in remuneration, the SFOE shall publish the following data for plants of capacity greater than or equal to 30 kW:
a name or trade name of the operator and location of the plant;
b. energy source used;
c. plant category and type;
d. amount of remuneration;
e. application date;
f. commissioning date;
g. remunerated quantity of electricity;
h. duration of remuneration.
2 For plants of capacity less than 30 kW, the publication of the feed-in remuneration in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be anonymous.
3 With regard to one-off remuneration and investment contributions, the SFOE shall publish the following data by production method and by category:
a. number of recipients of investment contributions;
b. total amount of investment contributions;
c. average investment contributions in relation to average imputable investment costs;
d. average investment contributions in relation to average additional production.
4 With regard to the market premium for large hydroelectric power plants, it shall publish the following data:
a. number of recipients of market premium;
b. total amount of market premiums;
c. number of plants and total quantity of electricity receiving market premium;
d. total quantity of electricity generated by the large hydroelectric power plants which is sold in the context of market premium in basic procurement and average price of this electricity.
5 With regard to contributions to operating costs, the SFOE,shall publish the following data:
a. name or trade name of operator and location of plant;
b. plant category and type;
c. amount of contribution to operating costs;
d. quantity of electricity remunerated
6 For plants of capacity less than 30 kW, the publication relating to operating cost contributions referred to in paragraph 5 shall be anonymous.
7 With regard to one-off remuneration for plants in accordance with Article 71a EnA, the SFOE shall publish the following data per plant:
a. name or trade name of operator and location of plant;
b. plant capacity;
c. commissioning date;
d. expected annual electricity production and electricity production expected for the winter half-year at the time of filing of the application;
e. average annual electricity production and average electricity production for the winter half-year, both actually measured at the time of final setting of the one-off remuneration;
f. final amount of one-off remuneration;
g. incentive as a portion of imputable investment cost.
