By two-thirds majority of members present, the CAIS may authorise the Central Office to disclose data to third parties on request, provided:
a. that medical secrecy shall be assured and that data subject to medical secrecy shall only be disclosed in the form of an executive summary;
b. that data shall be used for statistical projects of scientific or public interest;
c. that forwarded data shall no longer directly refer to the private individuals, businesses or insurers concerned;
d. that the recipient undertakes in writing not to use the data for a purpose other than requested, not to copy data media and to return or destroy them on completion of the work;
e. that the necessary security measures have been adopted and data protection is assured.
