1 The Federal Administrative Court shall inform the public of its precedents.
2 Its decisions shall in principle be published in anonymous form.
3 It shall issue a regulation on the principles of information.
4 The Federal Administrative Court may order the accreditation of court reporters.

Article 5 Publication of decisions
1 The Court shall publish its decisions in an electronic database and in an official compendium. Decisions given pursuant to Article 36b FACA and Article 43b GSSLA shall not be published.
2 The official compendium of the Court’s decisions, “Bulletin of the Swiss Federal Administrative Court (DFAC)” shall be published on paper and in electronic form.
Article 8 Anonymisation
1 The Court shall publish its decisions in anonymous form. Article 4 is reserved.
2 Publication of parties’ names is authorised, especially when they are already known, no interest worthy of protection is affected, or the parties have given their consent. The examining judge shall obtain the parties’ consent.
3 The Conference of Presidents shall govern the responsibilities, procedure and arrangements for anonymisation.
