4.1 The applicant shall provide swisstopo and the siting canton with the geodata, free of charge, no later than six months after the respective survey, in accordance with the swisstopo technical requirements.
4.2 swisstopo may use and adapt these geodata in accordance with the objectives of the Law of 5 October 2007 on Geoinformation and the Ordinance of 21 May 2008 on the Swiss Geological Survey; the siting cantons may do so in accordance with their own cantonal regulations.
4.3 When the geothermal guarantee has been paid, swisstopo shall make the primary geodata and processed primary geodata available to the public.
