Article 6 para. 2 GCarO Grant of non-discriminatory access
2 The information referred to in paragraph 1c and d on sidings without combined transport transshipment facilities shall be provided to interested parties on request.

Article. 6 para. 1c-d GCarO
1 Owners and operators of combined-transport transshipment facilities, port facilities and sidings (installations) in receipt of federal subsidy shall grant non-discriminatory access to such facilities:
c.by publishing the basic conditions of access, capacity allocation, provisions of service, procedure and prices;
d.by publishing the services to be offered and their prices (including terms of discounts or multi-year framework agreements).
